At Star Electrical, we are committed to delivering high-quality electrical products such as ceiling fans, BLDC fans, and accessories.

All orders are prepaid only. Our return and replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Replacement Policy

Customers must inform us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. After this period, no replacement or claim will be entertained.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, MRP tag, and all accessories
  • Valid invoice or proof of purchase is required

Proof Required for Claims

To process any damage or defect claim, the following proof is mandatory:

  • Unboxing video (full parcel opening)
  • Clear product images from multiple angles
  • Images showing defect or damage
  • Parcel outer packaging condition
  • Shipping label image with visible details

Valid Reasons for Replacement

  • Physical damage
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items or accessories

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used or installed products
  • Damage due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products without original packaging
  • Claims raised without proper proof

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in approved cases where replacement is not possible.

  • Refund will be processed after product verification
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Use a trackable shipping method for returns
