Refund & Return Policy – Star Electrical

Overview

At Star Electrical, we strive to provide high-quality electrical products such as ceiling fans, BLDC fans, and accessories.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed electrical products

  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper installation

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance / sale items (if mentioned)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos as proof

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email or phone

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are:
